MADE TO ORDER
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM?
Pre-order styles are items that are not in stock yet but are available for purchase. We will make the item just for you, in the size and color you order. You will make payment at the time of the order just as you would with a non-pre-order purchase and your order will ship to you as soon as the item is at our warehouse!
HOW DOES PREORDER WORK?
1. You place an order for a pre-order
2. During and at the end of the pre-order period, we tell our factory how many pieces to make based on our customer orders.
3. Our factory team will make your order
4. The final product will be shipped to our warehouse for its last quality control check
5. We will ship your pre-order item to you and you will receive a shipping notification via email.
HOW DO I KNOW IF A STYLE IS A PREORDER ITEM?
All pre-order items have a pre-order timeframe and "PRE ORDER" button on the Product Detail page. This signifies that a style is a pre-order style.
WHEN DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
Payment for a preorder item is taken at the time the order is placed. If you order other styles that are not pre-order items, these will be processed and shipped from our warehouse immediately unless purchased in a bundle and your pre-order items will be shipped once they are available.
CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, we cannot change or cancel the order. When your pre-order is confirmed, we will begin working on making the style. Be sure to double-check the size and color before placing your order. Check your shipping address and confirm that this will be a convenient address on the shipping date for your preorder item.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A CANCELLATION NOTIFICATION?
In the unlikely event that an external factor prevents our production from taking place on a preorder item, you will be immediately refunded.
