HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Our garments are made to order. Meaning we don't make it until you order it. Please allow 4-5 weeks for production. Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method, but we strive to get your next favorite piece to you within 3-5 business days. International (non-US) destinations will take additional time.
In the event that the item you purchased is In-Stock (meaning it's already been made at the time you order) your order will typically process within 5 business days of purchase, unless ordered in a bundle product with a pre-order item, pending availability and credit verification (please note: processing time is not included in the shipping time frame).
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES, APO or FPO?
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO. (Please note that we do not require a signature upon delivery - any additional shipping/delivery features will need to be arranged immediately after your order is placed with our team at info@engulfthelabel.com)

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Engulf The Label accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
Occasionally we have to cancel an order due to processing or payment issues. We cannot hold merchandise on orders for which we cannot collect payment. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of reaching out to verify information, we will cancel your order.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
Your order will be charged as soon as it is processed on our website.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?
Please double-check that all information is accurate on your order before submitting. Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee that changes can be made. If you do make a mistake on your order, please reach out to info@engulfthelabel.com right away.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
After your order is placed successfully, you will receive an Order Confirmation to the email associated with the order.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can check the status of your shipment once you receive a Shipping Confirmation email. Please use the tracking number provided to keep an eye on your order and track it’s progress! If you opted for a text message, you will receive your tracking info via text to the number provided.
WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
Orders ship from our warehouse in the midwest. If your order is sent in multiple packages, you will receive all tracking numbers attached to the shipment.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email or text with all tracking info!
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us right away at info@engulfthelabel.com
All shipments delivered are no longer the responsibility of Engulf The Label. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do! International shipments will take approximately 5 - 14 business days to ship, depending on the shipment destination. Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges on international orders.
HOW MUCH DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST?
International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
All prices are listed in USD. We recommend checking the current exchange rate to get the best idea of what you'll ultimately be charged.
PRICE PROTECTION & PROMOTIONS POLICY
Price Adjustments
Engulf The Label offers customers a price protection policy to show our commitment to providing the best service possible, under all the following conditions:
- If an item purchased at full price has recently gone on sale or its price has been reduced within 10 days of having placed the order.
- The item purchased is still available on the Engulf The Label website in the same style and size purchased.
- Price adjustments are applied only once per item.
- No other discounts or promotional codes have been applied to the original purchase.
If these conditions are met, please contact our Customer Care team and they will refund the difference onto your original method of payment.
Promotions and Codes
When attempting to apply any promotional codes, please note that the following conditions apply:
- Codes are only redeemable online at engulfthelabel.com
- Discount/promotional codes have no monetary value, are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be converted into currency.
- Promotional codes may not be applied to already discounted items.
- Promotional codes will be deactivated during sitewide sales.
- For orders containing multiple items, the discount provided will be distributed amongst all eligible items.
- If a code is expired or invalid at checkout, a replacement will not be issued.
- Only one code may be applied per order.
